1. Apple Subscription Agreement

This app offers auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store. All purchases and subscriptions are governed by Apple’s Standard EULA. You also agree to abide by Apple’s terms and conditions.

2. Use of AI and Disclaimer

This app uses AI models (including Google Gemini 1.5 Flash) to analyze and generate content. The AI output is provided for informational and guidance purposes only.

• The AI does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before using it in a personal or professional capacity.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated results.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for any decisions made based on content provided by this app. We are not liable for any outcomes, losses, or damages that result from reliance on AI output.

4. Fair Use Policy

To ensure consistent service quality, we apply a Fair Use Policy. Each user is permitted up to 500 AI-assisted submissions per month. Exceeding this may result in rate limiting or temporary access restriction.

5. Trial Period

If you are using the app under a free trial, access to features may be limited. Trial limits may include:

• 7-day duration
• Up to 50 AI submissions

6. Subscription and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

8. Intellectual Property
